Fundraising - 50/50

Busting Out Ottawa Dragon Boat Club (BOODBC) is having a 50/50 draw!   

Busting Out Ottawa Dragon Boat Club (BOODBC) is a Not For Profit (NFP) and relies on members fees, fundraising and donations to keep going. To keep our membership fees to an affordable level, we engage in some major fundraisers over the course of the year, and we rely on sponsors to help cover the costs of running our club.

The 50/50 event starts September 1st 2024 and runs until the draw which will be October 31st 2024.  We will post updates as to the progress of the event and what the prize value is at.

50 / 50 Prizes:

For the fall 50/50 event we have over $3500 of early bird prize draws.  The first 2 will be done online September 14 and consist of the following:

  1. Two 30 count boxes of LMNT electrolytes and 3 passes to The Playground Pilates Collective ($286.88 value)
  2. Ten (10) game passes to Orleans Bowling, $100 gift card for Golden Fries, two 30 count boxes of LMNT electrolytes ($246.10 value). 

The other 21 early bird prizes (plus some surprises that are still coming in) will be drawn live at our “Pizza for Paddlers” event October 7.

PIZZA for PADDLERS – a fun evening of pizza and music

 

This event is being hosted in conjunction with the Fall 50/50 event.  Besides the good food and excellent entertainment we will be drawing 21 of the early bird prizes live at Boston Pizza.
